1. The Service

The platform provides AI-powered image generation, image editing, video generation and related tools. Outputs are produced automatically by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete or different from what you expect; we make no warranty that outputs are fit for any particular purpose.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure; all activity under your account is deemed to be yours.
• Contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
• We may warn, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits and Payment

• Generation features are billed in credits; the cost of each feature is shown in the product and may be adjusted with prior notice.
• Credits are obtained by purchasing plans or through platform grants. Purchased credits do not expire, but are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Credits deducted for failed generations are refunded automatically. Completed purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate, upload or distribute unlawful content, including pornographic, violent, terrorist, discriminatory or defamatory material.
• Infringe others' rights of publicity, reputation, privacy, copyright or other lawful rights, including using someone's likeness or work without authorization.
• Create content intended to deceive, impersonate others or spread misinformation (such as malicious deepfakes).
• Disrupt the platform through scraping, bulk registration or API abuse.
• Reverse-engineer the platform or use the service to build a competing product.

5. Intellectual Property and Generated Content

• You must hold lawful rights to the content you upload and are solely responsible for disputes arising from it.
• Subject to applicable law and your compliance with these terms, you may use content generated through the service for personal and commercial purposes.
• The platform's website, logos, interface and software remain the intellectual property of the platform or its licensors.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service depends on third-party AI models and infrastructure, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid to the platform in the preceding twelve months.

7. Changes and Termination of Service

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service for operational reasons. If you materially breach these terms we may terminate your access; remaining credits will then be handled in accordance with applicable rules and law.
