Last updated: June 2026

zoart (“we”, “the platform”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our AI image and video generation services, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: the email address, nickname and avatar you provide at sign-up, and basic profile data authorized through third-party sign-in (such as Google or WeChat).
  • Creation content: the prompts you enter, images you upload, and the generated image/video results, used to provide generation and your “My Creations” history.
  • Transaction information: purchased plans, credit balance and spending records. Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe); we do not store sensitive payment details like card numbers.
  • Technical information: session cookies, language preference, and necessary access logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and service improvement.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain and improve the AI generation services, including transmitting your prompts and images to the relevant AI model providers to fulfil generation requests.
  • To manage your account, credits and orders, and to contact you about service changes or security matters.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse and security risks (for example via human-verification services).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share necessary information with third parties when: (a) transmitting prompts and images to AI model providers to fulfil generation requests; (b) transmitting order information to payment providers to complete payments; or (c) required by law or necessary to protect the legitimate rights of the platform and its users.

4. Storage and Security

We protect your information with encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed password storage and access controls. Account and creation data is retained while you use the service; after you delete your account we will delete or anonymize related data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language preference. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but disabling them may break features such as staying signed in.

6. Your Rights

  • Review your credit history and creation records.
  • Request deletion of your account and related data.
  • To exercise these rights or ask any question, contact us via the “Contact us” link in the page footer.
